This Toneable OptiTap SC/APC Compatible Flat Drop Cable Assembly is a factory pre-terminated solution for FTTx, enabling fast "plug and play" Fiber Optic Cable Patch Cord. Featuring a 4.5 * 9.8mm flat drop cable and a locate wire (copper conductor), it facilitates easy cable detection and location in underground applications (non-toneable option available). The assembly is designed with a pulling eye and offers a compact, durable, and easy-to-locate optical fiber solution, suited for Acometida Exterior applications. It is also available with traditional round style OSP cables.

 

The Fiber Optic Cable Patch Cord incorporates a hardened connector end with an SC/APC connection housed within a slim, sealed, threaded polymer housing. This hardened OptiTap ROC connector allows easy connection to multiport terminals or in-line extension receptacles and mates to a standard adapter, providing a common FTTH interface. This design, available with flat drop or traditional round OSP cables, makes it an ideal solution for outdoor installations including direct burial, conduit, or aerial deployments.
