GL-ODB-16F Series Fiber Optical Distribution Box
The 16core Fiber Optic Termination Box is a 16-core pre-connected optical terminal device, specifically designed for fiber-to-the-home deployment. It features quick connection technology, simplifying fiber optic splicing and network installation. It adopts an IP68-grade PP+GF composite housing, which can withstand harsh outdoor environments.
This device ensures safe cable management through double-layer chambers: the lower chamber can accommodate 1x16 PLC distributors or equivalent splicing configurations, while the upper chamber supports 16 SC/LC adapters for fiber optic splicing and distribution.
Compact in shape (340mm × 220mm × 100mm), with a tensile strength of 500N, it is suitable for overhead installation, wall-mounted installation and underground installation. This box supports multi-operator scenarios and features color-coded port identification, maintaining an insertion loss of ≤ 0.3dB and a return loss of ≥ 50dB within the wavelength range of 850-1550nm.
Certified by IEC 60794-1 and YD/T 778-2006 standards, it integrates a fusion splicing tray with a 30mm bending radius protection and 1000-cycle connector durability, making it an ideal choice for telecom operators who need scalable fiber management in tri-network applications.

This product features a page-turning structure and is sealed with buckles or screws, making it environmentally friendly and reliable. Compliant with relevant IEC standards, it provides reliable performance under different operating conditions. Rated IP68 water and dust resistance, its mechanical seal design can withstand repeated opening and closing cycles without affecting integrity. It has an impact resistance rating of IK10, effectively resisting mechanical shock. The optimized internal space provides sufficient placement space for optical fiber connectors and storage space for remaining optical fibers, preventing the optical fiber connectors from being damaged by the environment. Its cable ports are sealed with molded rubber, supporting uncut and cable entry and exit operations. The compatible cable diameter range is 8-17.5mm. In addition, it supports up to 16 pre-connected waterproof adapters, including models from Huawei, FiberHome and Furukawa, enhancing the flexibility for various network deployment.

Packing, transportation and storage
This equipment packaging is moisture-proof and earthquake-proof. The accessories are packed first plastic bags, then into the boxes with plastic bags for sealing. There are moisture-proof and earthquake direction signs outside the boxes.
It can't be inverted in the transport and be free from rolling when carrying. Please load carefully and prevent the collision. You should prevent it from heavy rain before installation. The temperature in the transport should be controlled between-35℃ to +55℃.
The excessive accumulation of goods should be stored on the cartons. The treasury should away from the erosion of corrosive gas equipment and the temperature should be below 45℃ and higher than -5℃, and relative temperature should not be high in long-term(generally less than 75%).
