This product employs dual-layer moisture-proof packaging: internal components are sealed in ≥0.1mm polyethylene bags and encased in ASTM D4169 Grade 3+ corrugated cartons with waterproof adhesive, reinforced by EPE foam/bubble wrap to meet ISTA 3A shock standards. Labels are(CN/EN) with "This Side Up", "Fragile", "Keep Dry", and hazard symbols (water drop/shockwave icons) per ISO 15223-1.
Transportation requires upright positioning (max tilt ≤15°), secured via OSHA-compliant anti-slip pallets and ≥1.2mm steel strapping. Cargo holds must use anti-slip pads (friction coefficient ≥0.5) and maintain -35°C to +55°C ambient temperatures, monitored by IoT sensors (±0.5°C resolution). Waterproof tarpaulins (≥20kPa resistance) are mandated during rain.
Storage conditions mandate -5°C to +45°C (≤5°C/h thermal cycling) and ≤75% RH (daily dehumidification in high-humidity zones). Stacking is limited to 3 layers (≤1.2m) on ≥150kg pallets, with ≥50cm clearance from walls/ducts (NFPA 230). Corrosive gas isolation uses negative pressure ventilation (≥6 air changes/hour), while EMI shielding (attenuation >30dB/EN 55032) protects electronics.
