GL35 Fiber Optic Manhole is a large underground facility specially designed for fiber optic networks, primarily used for the centralized access, protection, and maintenance of multiple optical cables. Its core functions include high-density cabling (supporting 24–96-core optical cables),Designed specifically for underground optical fiber splicing boxes and cable systems, it adopts a modular structure for rapid deployment and flexible expansion. Its lightweight composite material combines high strength and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to complex soil environments and extreme climate conditions.
The integrated molding process ensures IP68-level waterproof sealing performance, supports multi-port integrated configuration, and meets the diverse needs such as splicing, storage and maintenance in FTTx network construction. By pre-setting standardized interfaces and intelligent monitoring modules (optional), this product can seamlessly integrate with existing communication infrastructure, significantly reducing construction periods and maintenance costs. It is widely applicable to scenarios such as urban pipe galleries, 5G base stations, and submarine optical cables, providing long-term stable guarantees for communication networks.

GL35 Fiber Optic manhole features a modular design (supporting detachable delivery and rapid on-site installation) and a robust yet lightweight composite material structure (balancing strength and portability), significantly reducing transportation and installation costs through its lightweight and modular characteristics.
It also supports on-demand drilling to meet the connection requirements of different-sized pipes and is equipped with dedicated pipe inlets. The overall structure is highly durable, and its resistance performance complies with the SCTE-77 Tier 22 standard, ensuring long-term suitability for harsh environments
Mechanical protection via steel or concrete shells (with a compressive strength of ≥20 MPa, complying with EN 124 standard C250 grade to withstand heavy vehicle crushing). The interior utilizes stainless steel optical fiber fusion splicing trays and heat-shrink tube fixing clamps, enabling modular expansion. The fusion splicing loss is ≤0.05 dB, ensuring stable high-speed optical signal transmission.
