ROC Aerial Drop fibre cables with factory terminated OptiTap connection at one end have been designed as an aerial, pole drop cable. FastAccess technology allows the easy removal of the outer jacket reducing preparation time for splicing and terminating.

A single-fiber ROC fiber optic drop cable suitable for aerial, duct, or direct-buried outdoor installations. Available with Corning's innovative Fast Access technology, which makes opening the cable easier and faster.
ROC™ Drop Dielectric Cables with FastAccess™ Technology provides a more efficient, craft-friendly cable preparation unparalleled by traditional flat drop cables. The innovative FastAccess Technology design simplifies removal of the cable jacket resulting in up to 55 percent faster fiber access time than traditional fiber optic cable. This technology improves ease of use because no special tools are needed.
The cable design is backward compatible for easy connectorization or splicing. Optimized for both field-and-factory termination processes, the compact design allows for easier handling in the field, reduces slack storage requirements and improves transportation and storage costs.
The dielectric version eliminates any bonding and grounding requirements. ROC Drop Dielectric Cables with FastAccess Technology are also available in preconnectorized.
