1 Core Indoor FTTH Optical Fiber Cable
FTTH optical fiber cable is commonly used in Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects. It comes in two types: for indoor use and for outdoor use. The fiber optic core(s) are positioned in the center. Two parallel Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) rods or steel wires are placed on either side. The cable is sheathed in a black or white LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) or PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) jacket. The typical self-supporting bow-type drop fiber optic cable incorporates GJXFH/GJXH cable construction plus an additional strength member (steel wire or stranded steel wire).
