This PA-500 Fiber Optic Cable Clamp is engineered with a robust, open thermoplastic body crafted from high-performance materials.Its internal structure features an inner sheath integrated with one or two precision-molded insulating plastic wedges (typically polyethylene PE or polypropylene PP), designed to gently yet firmly clamp the neutral messenger wire.
The wedges' tapered profile and textured surfaces ensure uniform pressure distribution, preventing slippage while safeguarding the cable insulation from abrasion or damage during installation and operation.

Reducing Field Installation Errors.
To secure the clips, two polished stainless steel bail ends are compressed onto the main body and firmly locked in place by a spring-loaded mechanism.
This innovative design significantly simplifies assembly. Users only need to pull the internal wedge backward to open the jaws of the clamp, insert the cable or messenger wire, and release the wedge.
The wedge will then automatically spring back to its original position, forming a secure hold without the need for special tools, minimizing installation time and reducing field installation errors.
Flexible Steel Loop.
Complementing this functionality is its flexible steel loop, precision-engineered from high-strength spring steel, which maintains structural rigidity while accommodating dynamic movement.
This loop is seamlessly connected to the closed-eye bracket through riveting, bolt fastening, or a quick-release mechanism, enabling versatile installation for applications such as overhead power lines and telecommunication towers.
