Heat Shrink Fibre Dome Enclosure
The GL-5827 Fibre Dome Enclosure comes with high fiber splice capacity and multiple inlets and outlets. It accommodates up to 12 trays and can support a maximum of 288 single fibers. The 1+6 port design allows for various types of branching and splicing, including bifurcation and connections for uncut cables. The closure is re-enterable and suitable for installing and sealing cables with diameters of Ф10–27mm.
The sturdy shell and main structure are built to withstand harsh environments. The fibre dome enclosure protects fiber optic cables from damage caused by vibration, impact, stretching, twisting, and similar stressors. It operates in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 65°C, is resistant to extreme heat and cold, electrically insulated, and resistant to chemical corrosion.
