GL-OTB-08A-A/B Series Fiber Optical Distribution Box
FAT Fiber Access Terminal Box GL-OTB-08A-A/B Series is specially designed for the high adaptability requirements of FTTx networks. Its core adopts a cascaded asymmetric multi-port splitter structure, achieving efficient signal distribution by dynamically adjusting the power distribution ratio. The first-level terminal implements a 70/30 non-uniform splitting strategy (70% power cascading to downstream nodes and 30% allocated to local users), while subsequent nodes dynamically adjust the splitting ratio based on the link budget and node spacing (supporting adaptive adjustment from 1:4 to 1:16).
In high-density urban scenarios (node spacing <500 meters), this architecture breaks through the traditional 32/64 user limitations. A single terminal can support up to 128 user accesses at most. Meanwhile, it strictly complies with the ITU-T G.984.4 standard to ensure that the optical power received by end users is ≥-24dBm. And through redundant design and environmental adaptability optimization (such as the operating temperature range of -40℃ to +75℃), a network reliability of 99.999% is achieved, fully meeting the deployment requirements of high-bandwidth scenarios such as GPON systems.

It addresses the deployment challenges in space-constrained scenarios through a compact structure (with volume reduced to less than 30% of traditional equipment, using an integrated die-casting process and shock-resistant snap-hold design).

Its plug-and-play feature enables rapid deployment within 2 minutes through the Auto-Discovery protocol and LED status indication. It supports M4/M5 bolt wall mounting, U-shaped clamp column fixation, and direct connection to POE switches, covering 90% of common scenarios such as home weak current boxes and smart street lamp poles. At the same time, it is compatible with the QoS standard of GPON systems. It maintains 99.999% network stability in an environment ranging from -40℃ to +75℃, providing an efficient and low-cost edge access solution for FTTH and smart city projects.

Packing, transportation and storage
This equipment packaging is moisture-proof and earthquake-proof. The accessories are packed first plastic bags, then into the boxes with plastic bags for sealing. There are moisture-proof and earthquake direction signs outside the boxes.
It can't be inverted in the transport and be free from rolling when carrying. Please load carefully and prevent the collision. You should prevent it from heavy rain before installation. The temperature in the transport should be controlled between-35℃ to +55℃.
The excessive accumulation of goods should be stored on the cartons. The treasury should away from the erosion of corrosive gas equipment and the temperature should be below 45℃ and higher than -5℃, and relative temperature should not be high in long-term(generally less than 75%).
