The GL-A2-16T 16 Core Fiber Optic Distribution Box serves as the interface for connecting the main feeder cable to the individual user cable. This sturdy casing facilitates the necessary fiber optic operations, including splicing, splitting and distribution. It aims to provide outstanding protection and effective management for the critical final segment of the fiber optic link in the FTTx network infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and lifespan of current and future network requirements.

Advanced design features
The GL-A2-16T 16 Core Fiber Optic Distribution Box features a fully sealed structure made of high-grade PC+ABS materials, offering excellent moisture-proof, water-proof, dust-proof and anti-aging properties. The protection grade is IP65/66.
Its integrated design integrates cable clamping, optical fiber splicing, fixation, feeder and pull-down cable storage and distribution into a compact and efficient system. The internal wiring is meticulously organized to provide separate paths for cables, pigtails and jumpers to prevent entanglement and signal interference, while also supporting an easy-to-install micro PLC separator.
The adoption of the flipped distribution board greatly simplifies the maintenance and installation procedures. Finally, its multi-functional installation options, supporting both wall-mounted and pole-mounted installations, make it suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor application scenarios.

Applications
The main application of GL-A2-16T is as a protective distribution point in FTTx networks, making it highly suitable for various deployments in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) projects. It can be pre-installed or directly installed on-site. Optical fiber cables are usually installed on walls or utility poles in residential areas, commercial parks and other outdoor places, where they are terminated and distributed to multiple end users.

Packaging & Quality Assurance
The packaging is designed to be moisture-proof and earthquake-resistant. All accessories are first sealed in plastic bags before being placed into the master carton, which also features moisture-proofing measures. Clear handling instructions are marked on the exterior.
During transportation, the product must not be inverted and should be protected from impact and heavy rain, within a controlled temperature range of -35℃ to +55℃. For storage, cartons should be stacked appropriately in a warehouse environment away from corrosive gases, with a recommended ambient temperature below 45℃ and above -5℃ and relative humidity generally kept below 70% for long-term storage.
