Our ready-to-splice OM4 fiber optic pigtail packs are factory-terminated and end-face inspected to meet industry standards. These pigtails are designed for terminating bulk fiber cables through mechanical or fusion splicing, enabling rapid field termination compared to the more traditional puck-and-polish connection method.

SC Multimode 50/125 OM4 Pigtail
Our ready-to-splice fiber optic OM4 pigtail packs are available in sets of 6 or 12 fibers. Each connector is color-coded to TIA standards, and every connector end is factory-polished with a typical insertion loss of less than 0.3 dB (note: 30 dB is unusually high for insertion loss; this may be a typo). These pigtails are available in single-mode and multimode (OM1, OM2, OM3, OM4) variants, compatible with ST, SC, LC, or FC connector types.
Our standard OM4 pigtail packs are 3 meters long but can be custom-ordered to any length. Each pack includes a spiral wrap for easy field management. Every strand is terminated on one end, while the other end is left blunt for splicing to your drop cable, eliminating the need for pesky field terminations. OM4 fiber pigtails are machine-polished, ensuring significantly lower light loss compared to manual field polishing.
