Installation Of Optical Cable Joint Box
Feb 15, 2017| 1. Select the smallest inner diameter sealing ring according to the outer diameter of the optical cable, and place two sealing rings on the optical cable.
2. Place the optical cable into the corresponding entry hole.
3. Connect shielding and grounding.
4. Wrap self-adhesive sealing tape between two sealing rings, so that the sealing tape is wound flush with the outer diameter of the sealing ring, to form a fiber optic cable sealing end.
5. Press the sealing end of the optical cable into the cable entry hole.
6. Use a throat clamp to pass through the fiber optic cable reinforcement base and cable core bracket, fix the fiber optic cable on the joint box base, tighten the throat clamp screws until the throat clamp is tightened.
7. Tie nylon zip ties on the optical cable and cut off the excess length.
8. Please seal the remaining unused optical cable holes with plugs. Wrap sealing tape around the plug, with the same requirements as 5.2.4.
9. Wrap the reinforcing component around the countersunk screw of the fusion plate support and tighten it.
